Mr. Paré has over 37 years of experience with high technology companies and end-user departments, holding various executive roles including Chairman, CEO, President, V.P. Operations, V.P. Sales and Marketing, General Manager, Development and Marketing Manager, Minority Shareholder and Active Director. Mr. Paré 's working experience spanned systems integration with Systemhouse, communications with BNR(Bell), software with WiseNav, MessagingDirect, Shana, Watchfire, Kinaxis, Cognos, Fulcrum, and Zanthe as well as government (Canadian Federal). Mr. Paré has participated as co-chairman of the Data Processing Management Association Conference in Ottawa and has been an active member of CATA .
He founded and is the Chairman of Real Value Capital, RvC Inc. and in that capacity mentored and found investment for many Ottawa, Toronto, Edmonton, BC and California high Tech start-ups. RvC Inc has helped such companies as WebPlan(Kinaxix), Contol F1, Shana, MessagingDirect, and many other technology enterprises. Currently, Mr. Paré is also Executive and Board Chairman of WiseNav, a Visual Web Space solution for consumers and non technical professionals, partnered as a Web 2 service offering through Internet Access Companies.
From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Paré was President and CEO at MessagingDirect, where he raised over 18 million dollars in start-up funding and boosted the company to #1 growth firm in Edmonton's high technology sector. Although the company was 800,000 in the red when Mr. Paré joined, he later merged it with a very large US Banking Firm for over 40 million USD. Shareholder saw their investments grow by 1700% during a time where the market was depressed. In 2000/2001, as chairman of Shana Corporation, it attained number 2 growth position right behind MessagingDirect and was later sold to FileNet for 500% + return on shareholder equity.
From 1994-1998, Mr. Paré mentored and served as Chairman or CEO of many companies including start-ups and established firms. The track record was consistently successful and all these firms went onto success. As an Example, with Watchfire, Mr. Pare was Chairman and the company raised 1 million usd offshore to start its forward momentum. With WebPlan, now Kinaxis, Mr. pare lead the new partner group to triple digit sales growth , year over year.
From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Paré was Vice President of Operations at Fulcrum, a company that specializes in the document search and management market. During his stay at Fulcrum, Mr. Paré also held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing and grew business by 80% year to year, from 3 million to 17.5 million in 3 years; then, initiated the IPO process which was very successful raising 22 million US dollars. Prior to that Mr. pare was the senior manager of Partners with cognos growing this business sector from a startup to over 40 million USD in revenue in 30 months.
Before 1990, Mr. Paré enjoyed successive promotions and greater roles with BNR( Human Factors and marketing), The Canadian Government( Director of systems and administration) and Systemhouse (Manager, General Systems).
Education consists of a B Eng, electrical with High Distinction as well as Masters Studies in Business

MY FAMILY
In the family there are 8 children That is why i am still working! Two, the oldests are married. My youngest is 11 years old and in the picture. The young man is mark, who is in Unniversity.
